General Conditions
I herewith ask the conference organizer PR&O GmbH, Rosenheim / Germany , to book the services according the above conditions. I accept the General Rules and Regulations of the respective provider. The following booking, cancellation and payment conditions apply accordingly: In general : Reservations, bookings, changes and cancellations will be only accepted in written form. Errors, prior sale, availability and increase of prices are subject to change. Flight : Only the General Terms and Conditions of the carrier involved will apply. We will hand out a copy of the General Terms and Conditions of the carrier involved on request. Please note: Changes of flight reservations or cancellations could be subject to penalties. Generally 100% of the price for the flight is due for payment. Hotel : After reservation and confirmation of hotels, there will be a fee of € 25,00 per person per change (name of participant, duration of stay, cancellations until 8 weeks prior to arrival). A 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should we be able to re-sell the cancelled rooms, the charges may be reduced accordingly. All extra costs e.g. drinks (mini bar), phone, parking fees and other costs that are not included in the travel arrangements have to be paid directly to hotel before check-out. Conference : - In case of cancellation of the Conference until June 30, 2005 a charge of 10% of registration fee will apply. - Later than June 30, 2005 , until 14 days prior to the Conference a charge of 50% of registration fee will apply. - Later than 14 days prior to the conference, in case of cancellation or no show a charge of 100% of registration fee will apply. There will be no cancellation fee in case of another not registered participant will be named until 4 days prior to the Conference. A handling fee of € 25,00 will be applicable. Payment Conditions : In order to guarantee the reservation, 100% are to be paid after reception of your confirmation. I herewith agree formally also to be liable for contractual conditions for all participants that registered on my registration form for the conference. I agree to assume debts for the total amount (see above conditions). Should any of the terms as aforesaid be not effective or becoming not effective, does this not allude the effectiveness of the remaining regulations. All changes or supplements will be only accepted in written form. The effectiveness of verbally agreement is formally to waive. For all disagreements of the contract the court of jurisdiction is Munich .
